Showroom Coordinator

We are looking for an eager and professional individual looking for a new opportunity. The successful candidate must be confident, presentable, keen to get stuck in, and have a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

This is a full-time position based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Hours for the role are Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:00.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the overall showroom experience, including greeting customers, making drinks, tidying the showroom and assisting in client visits when needed.
  • Responsible for the daily showroom set up.
  • The go to person for all showroom enquiries, conducting showroom tours and discussing project requirements.
  • Assist with reception duties including, greeting customers, answering phone calls and taking messages.
  • Reception cover throughout the day when the Receptionist is unavailable and full time during annual leave period.
  • Responsible for checking stock of all samples and reordering from manufacturers.
  • Assisting Account Managers through the ordering process.
  • Creating quotes for walk-in customers and as requested by Account Managers.

You will have:

  • Experience working within a customer facing environment
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative

Furniture Account Mananger

Start Date: October 2020 — Date TBC

This position is ideal for a Sales Executive / Project manager within the office furniture & interiors industry looking for a new opportunity with a leading office furniture dealer.

This is a full-time position based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Hours for the role are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop new and existing leads
  • Build lasting relationships through account management
  • Deal with both incoming and self-generated business enquires
  • Conducting face to face meetings with prospect customers
  • Responsible for site surveys
  • Pitching Hunts products and services, preparing presentations, proposals & quotations
  • Manage and develop a cloud-based CRM system
  • Work along side the account co-ordinator on all projects / orders
  • Liaise with design team to create suitable workspace solutions
  • Responsible for the project/ order from initial enquiry to installation

Essential Skills and experience:

  • 3 years + experience in sales within the office furniture & interiors industry
  • A thorough understanding of the sales & negotiation process
  • Well presented, articulate and passionate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong focus on customer service and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Experience with MS Office & CRM systems
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Thorough reporting skills
  • Ability to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
  • UK driving license

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using Sage software

Logistics Manager

We are searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will schedule all inbound/outbound deliveries, provide leadership to our warehouse team and strive to keep transportation costs low.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for prioritising tasks to meet expected installation dates and maintaining an accurate inventory. If you have previous warehouse leadership experience and work well in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time position based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Hours for the role are Monday – Friday 7:00 – 16:00

  • Oversee and manage the delivery and installation department.
  • Responsible for the delivery and installation schedule.
  • Responsible for the overall running of the warehouse, including offloading and loading deliveries.
  • Manage a team of furniture fitters and drivers, providing support, guidance and training.
  • Work closely with Project Managers on all projects through initial planning to completion
  • Provide quotes on all delivery and installations to the sales team
  • Liaise with external delivery and installation companies to build a pool of reliable partners across the UK
  • Assess each project to identify the most efficient and cost effect delivery partner
  • Analysing delivery routes and schedule to reduce overall costs
  • Implement/ enforce warehouse processes to ensure the smooth running of the department.

You will have:

  • 3 years + experience within an operations or logistics role within the furniture industry
  • Previous experience working within the commercial furniture industry is essential
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to set and stick to deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to delegate workload
  • Thorough reporting skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Natural problem solver
