Structure
Upright posts made from 57x30mm 0.8mm galvanised steel tube supplied with mounting holes to fit panels and beams. Pvc seals are pressed in place. Outer frame made from extruded anodized or painted aluminium profiles supplied with matching Abs corner caps.
Panels & Doors
Panel and doors made of 18mm melamine faced chipboard (MFC) finished with matching 1.5mm impact resistant ABS edges - easy to
clean scratch-resistant anti-reflective melamine.
Brackets Holding The Plasma Screen
Two holding brackets made of matching epoxy powder coated 1.5mm steel - hooked onto the panel upper side they can be moved left or right so as to accept plasma screens in multiple sizes - max accepted screen size 43 inches, max accepted screen weight 9 kilograms - the brackets are supplied with holes in 25mm increments to comply with VESA international standards - 75mm min / 200mm max centre to centre distance in height - 75mm min / 400mm max centre to centre distance in length - 22mm gap between panel and back of the screen.
Cable Tray Inside
553x60mm cable tray made from 1mm steel sheet metal. Supplied with drilling for mounting power modules available from the price list:
PCMPCE01, PCMPCE02, PCMPUK03, PCMPUK04.
Whiteboard (Optional Extra)
Optional writable whiteboard fitted to the back of the TV Box - the material used for the whiteboard is actually clear so the board will get the colour of the underlying MFC panel (either white or light grey) - includes metal tray complete with four board pens and eraser.
