When Arden University sought to revitalise its Stratford and Nottingham campuses, we were the logical partner thanks to our capabilities in project managing large scale, complex and multi-site projects.

Our support expended throughout the project - including establishing a clear vision and a detailed project plan for each of the breakout spaces, classrooms, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces for the students to enjoy. This approach removed much of the complexity, ensured clarity and improved communication, crucial as both campuses were required simultaneously.

A priority was ensuring the furniture specification met requirements for the aesthetic vision for the spaces, but also practicalities for high-traffic spaces enjoyed by thousands of students. Specifying product and finishes was made easy thanks to the product knowledge our in-house designers and a visit to our showroom by Arden to see, feel and enjoy products and bringing the vision to life in an easy and exciting way. 

Our broad product knowledge, procurements experience and relationships with manufacturers ensured recommendations kept the project on track and within budget. 

Working seamlessly alongside design and build contractors Maris (Stratford) and Loop (Nottingham), we navigated a complex, multi-phase rollout: seven floors across three phases in Stratford, and three floors across two phases in Nottingham. This strategic decision was critical as it enabled us to utilise time and resources more efficiently without compromising quality or progress

The End result?

Environments where students can come together, socialise, focus, learn and collaborate - producing their best work, and a delighted client who has welcomed our involvement on future projects thanks to our highly efficient use of time and resources, delivering on time and within budget without compromising on quality. 

Today, both campuses stand as vibrant environments where students can connect, focus, and collaborate to shape their lives.
